For those of you who do not know VAPNJ350 and are NEW to this thread, I am going to give you a little insight about him!

First off he is like a brother to me and I would literally take the shirt off my back for him! He has a VERY EXTENSIVE educational background, holding a Degree(s) in Electrical Engineering and was the one who actually tested the VMAX's for Smoktech before they were released to the vaping Market! He is a man who benefits from nothing, BUT to help MAXIMIZE vaping to its utmost potential in the Vaping Community! Anyone who has been in this thread or has followed him in other threads and FORUMS, can CONFIRM everything I have stated! In NO WAY, SHAPE, or FORM does he get paid financially by Smoktech, Boge, or ANY other major E-Cig Corporations period! ALL this brother of mine wants is for the Vaping Community to ENJOY vaping as he has done and be informative of products in detail and give his unbiased opinions to HELP everybody! I have gotten to know him on a personal level and he is one of the most COMPASSIONATE people I have ever met and his CREDIBILITY stands with me! :D

**NOTE: I am just speaking in general and NO fingers are being pointed! I just wanted EVERYONE to be informed of who he is and what he satnds for! :D

ADDED INFO:
I do not even know him. Sent an email asking some questions an he emailed right back with a LOT of info. Very giving and helpful to ANYONE!!!

Yes Meliss he is! He actually took me under his wing and has educated me from the electronics stand point to accessorising my PV's to MAXIMIZE my VAPING! Not only does he know a lot about the electronics aspect of Vaping, but he ALWAYS opens himself up to learn from others as well! I find him as an INSPIRATIONAL role model in the Vaping Community! :D

Would love to see that. Is it the stuff by 3M? That works great. I've dressed a few motorcycle parts in it.
I haven't actually used it yet. I have watched a ton of video's seeing it applied.
I've used CF wrap before and in order to wrap something correctly it has to be the kind that is heat tolerable to a heat gun or powerful blow dryer. Being the VMAX has tiny divets and creases here and there you will need 1mL or less for it to turn into those recessed places. The hardest thing to achieve with CF heat wrap is not stretching the pattern under the heat so much that it distorts the look of the pattern but still giving it enough heat that it stretches into the curves and dips and molds to the structure completely to actually look like Carbon Fiber material. I would say get some extra and be prepared to screw up the 1st 3 -4 times until you get the right pull, heat, tension and tool for pushing into the creases without ripping it.

Yes, I saw that in the videos I bought about 12 sq ft of it, so I think I will experiment with a few "practice" objects:2cool:

TO ALL THAT HAVE FLAT TOP BATTERIES

Yes you will and DO NEED rare earth magnet spacers. In my own testing with 4 pair of the E'fest brand 1 of the 4 pair worked without a magnet spacer, how, why, you ask??....... I HAVE NO FRIGGIN' CLUE. Even I could NOT find 1 logical reason how in the world these "recessed" flat top batteries were making contact in my VMAX's. Sometimes they wouldn't and I would have to fiddle with them by twiting them a certain way and waolaah...they worked. Then nex time I put them in they wouldn't work to save my life. So this is what I found out and what I drew my conclusion to:

ALL FLAT TOP BATTERIES NEED A RARE EARTH MAGNET PLACED "BETWEEN" THE 2 BATTERIES TO PROPERLY WORK IN THE VMAX OR ANY STACKED MOD, IN DOING SO YOU SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF QUESTIONS AND HEAD SCRATCHING AND PURE AGGRAVATION !!!
:p

They are the greatest! You can use a "too long" nipple top with a flat top and spacer and be just right also.
I bought those "too long" batteries from CCV that were on sale and paired them with other IMR 800 mah's and they now work. These were the ones that were on sale because 2 of them are a bit too long to fit the Vmax when used in pairs.

Oh and cyrus... the reason we can run 1.7ohm on the vmax and not have our juice burn out right away... is most likely cause we both vape all VG if Im not mistaken. Its combustion point is higher than PG. But much higher than 3.2v on the vmax with a single coil 1.5-1.9ohm rating will prolly fry the juice. Does for me anyways. I have a v2 vmax, you have v1 I believe.

yes I'm usually at 70-10% VG. I was running the IO6 1.5 ohm at 3.3 volts today and I felt like I was vaping a flame thrower, no juice scorching though, 70% VG :)

Got my the vivi nova in today. I don’t use tanks that much, seeing all the good comments about it here, I went for it. Great flavor and vapor production out of the box. No leak(so far), no prime, good draw for me. When you clean the atty what type alcohol do you used? Isopropyl or the drinking type?

Yep, see Gang Cyrus and I make our own VG juice so we can run hotter. One of the benefits of haning out in the diy juice forum is learning how juices work properly with equipment. You end up tweaking for your gear till you "get it right". It also helps knowing how to troubleshoot if vendor juices are the cause of issues as well. Working with raw materials, after awhile, you just get a good feel for it all and know what you are looking at.

One of the benefits of having a higher boiling point with VG is being able to run juice just a little bit hotter... Long as its thin enuff to wick right. Between 70-80% VG can do that. I try to stay between 75-80%.

Just food for thought everyone. Sometimes you need to fix your juice... not your gear. It made sense to me when I saw everyone else saying their juice would scortch out on 1.7ohm with the vmax even at 3v. I didnt experience that. I know why now. High VG.

Alright all:

Looks like the nipples will be $4.70 plus shipping and non-nips are $4.20. This is for a pair!
Let me know in the next 24 hours and I will order extra.
No box sale at this time.

Efest IMR 18350 800mah.
Hmm guessing this offer is for the american folk around here?? I'm interested but in Canada so IDK if that will be doable, I'd be in for 2 sets of nipple tops if shipping wasn't too much
