I had so many ST DCT's I cut the tube to fit my standard Fusions, now I have short tanks, long tanks, slim short tanks, and slim long tanks. But they Allllllll have Fusions in them. Oh except 1, it's got a ST 2.0 DC that is surprisingly nice at 4.5v on the MAX's.

Also the Gun Metal VMAX is NOT what's on the way, but will be soon as.....lol

How are you liking the DID? I have one on the way but would like your opinion please. I plan on using it on one of my VMax's also.

I like it a lot. It's fiddly though and not everyone will be completely successful with it. There's lots of info on the DID thread and other Genesis atty resources as to how to get going. The more you do it the easier it gets but I can see how some may just give up on it. Those that are successful however are rewarded but one must be prepared to invest more time on an RBA than initially anticipated. As far as Genesis attys are concerned however, this does appear to be one of the better ones, actually available and at a comparatively excellent price. Does it work ok on the vmax? You bet.

They're called the Rocket tank also.

I'm not interested in Ego style devices as a rule (except the twist) but they do a killer looking battery to go with the Rocket/Apollo too - I might get one from Discount Vapers because they look fantastic;

They're shiny AND they have lights - they bring out the "inner Magpie" in me!

My EFEST batteries showed up from CCV today! :) But no magnets :( Not to big a deal, but I need to get some. Would something like these work?

MAGCRAFT® - Rare Earth Magnet - Disc, 0.125 in. Diameter x 0.03125 in. Thick, 150-Count

More then Ill ever need, buy I might find a use for them elsewhere! Thanks for the help again!

I'm confused about the Efest batteries needing magnets.
I got two Vmax branded batteries with the V1 I bought and they don't have nipples but work fine, incidentally the caption info on the photos says they're Trustfire which would make them good batteries - if it's true.

The AW's are still the best for me all the same.

Actually and I know some will give me crap for this statement but the numbers are the numbers and they just dont lie. Trustfire batteries were originally designed and made around flashlights. Flashlights even with a filament type bulb don't pull near the amperage of even the weakess ecig setup. Every trustfire battery I've ever tested came in at the very bottom with ultrafire when it came to discharge rate and/or amperage rate. Do they work in our stuff?,,,,sure, do they work well .....NOT EVEN CLOSE. You'll NEVER find a trustfire,ultrafire,palight,soshine,etc....in anything I own. If it doesn't say E'fest, AW,or Panasonic I won't waste a dollar on it. The reason the Vmax labeled batteries work without magnets is the positive top protrudes just enough to make contact to the negative bottom of the 1st battery. The E'fest flat tops are recessed just enough that they need a magnet to make a solid connection. Hope this helps.

VAPNJ350,

This probably sounds like a silly question but if you're using a IMR with a high discharge rate would that make any difference to the quality of the throat hit?

I swear my AW's seem to pack a bigger punch than the no-name 18350's...

Yeah,its widely recognize that high discharge rate equals a harder hit

The 1100mah batteries are about an inch longer and have 2 rows of lights;they are also easier to hold as those are rather small
