Mine is coming, wow another backup.
Actually I ordered a non Ego SS by mistake just like the one that I already have but don't use as yet. I just got off the phone with Courtney at All About Vapor All About Vapor and got everything straightened out quite nicely. What a pleasure to receive the level of customer service that I got there. From what I understand they were the first in US to carry both Vmax and Zmax

Who can demand smoktech to make a mini vmax with a single 18350 and boosted circuitry??!?

I want a mini VV and don't want a Provasi Mini but there is NOTHING else out there that takes a single 18350 except box mods and cheap junk.

So a Mini LT must fall in the "cheap junk" catagory. Ok then, IHybrid using the short tube? From 310Vapers.com and I couldn't bring myself to use the word "cheap" in the same sentence with it.

I was just this morning searching around for a Lambo Mini 3.2 amp and they are on the escrow sites but I didn't find any US vendor with any only 2.5's. These are pretty well made for being "cheap" IMO

That's not a VV unless you add a Kick to it.

OK, this looks like the right place to find some answers and Vent frustrations! First of all, I want to thank VapnJ for answering some questions for me! I would first like to say that this Vmax is pretty sweet. Definitely a nice step up after vaping on A KGO for the past 8 months!

I purchased the New SS (RED LCD) and got it for a great price, thanks to some Labor Day sale. I did make a couple of mistakes along the way and hopefully I can prevent someone else from doing the same thing. First instead of going to CCV and buying the Efest's, I went ahead and purchased the stock VMAX batteries. They say VMAX on the label, and they are terrible! I'm lucky if I get 9-10 hours off of these. So that's $10 wasted. Secondly I went the cheap route on the charger and I'm surprised that my house hasnt burned down yet! So that's another $10 wasted. This charger has 3rd world written all over it. Anyhow based off some recommendations from VapnJ, I will be purchasing some Efest's and the WF-188 from CCV. Hopefully that will clear up those issues!

I did purchase a VIVI Nova tank when I got the Vmax as well. I was into it for about a day! First off, I find myself turning my PV upside down before every single Vape. It is the most annoying thing in the world! Even if the damn thing is full, you still need to turn it upside down. If you don't turn it upside down, you will end up choking on the most GOD AWFUL burnt Vape, that you can possibly imagine:mad: It has nothing to do with the VMAX either. I have been using the 2.8 Head at around 3.7 volts. Anyone considering a VIVI, dont even bother!

It's late and I feel like I'm ranting a little bit. The moral of this post, is that the VMAX is awesome (So Far) and VIVI's will make you choke. I would love to just find a tank system that works! Until then, I will deal with topping off a 3.0 Ohm Boge carto several times a day!

Sent from my Bed using a Windows 98 PC, 486DX 66 MHZ Processor, and 64mb of RAM:laugh:

I'm getting better longevity out of my AWs than out of my Efests but the Efests are doing better than my generics.

I like the WF-188 but I find the TR-001 to be close to it usually at a lower price. Better than both if you can use a 4 slot charger is the Intellicharge-i4 (yellow tag version).

What version ViVi? Lotsa long wicks or 1 short wick? I'm having very good luck with my short wick version. If u have the Rasti version did u take out the 1 loose wick?

What version ViVi? ...

And where did you buy the Vivi Nova? There are so many various clones and versions on the market now. The version 2 and 2.5 VISION (original mfg.) product is quite good. The version 1 and many clones, not so much.

Jdilius, dont be hatin on my novas! LOL

OK, all kidding aside I see your problem. Running a 2.8ohm head at 3.7v is like running it at.4.2-4.3v. That will definitely scortch you juice. Turn it down to 3.2-3.3.

If that doesnt work, got to the got vapes web site, look at the pics for the nova, and compare them to yours. GV developed the Vivi along with Vision. They carry origional mfg spec novas.

Lastly, make sure the coil is seated in the center of the white wrapper inside the atty head. This can cause a burnt taste also.

Hope this helps.

Sorry I havent been around much gang. My dad has been in the icu for aix weeks after a brain surgery suffering from hydrocephalus. Im following via daily emails just not posting much. Hes getting better, slowly.

I just recieved my replacement for my broken SS vmax v3...

They replaced it with a SS Vmax V4 with blue display and Ego connection

I love the blue display (much nicer looking than the red on my old one imo) I don't really like the bigger ego topcap though (Too big. The old one looked a lot better)

This is not a clone. It is a Vivi Nova 2.5 with long wicks, shorter center post, and vent holes above the threads. There is no right or wrong way to use it. You add juice and screw it it onto your PV. Not really rocket science! I have tried all 3 heads, PG Jucie, VG Juice, and I have trimmed the wicks. I also rebuilt one of the heads! The result is the same!
