I went to a local vape store here in Vegas yesterday and purchased 3 bottles of juice. Iggy Popcorn, Cinnamon Red Hots and Juicy. Got home and started dripping..........much to my surprise the labels on the Cinnamon and Juicy were switched! Took a big hit of the Juicy and turns out it was Cinnamon!!! On one hand I see that it was an honest mistake but jeez, he was only mixing up 3 bottles. Going back today to see what the story is.......... (I'm not mentioning any names but you can probably figure out which store it is by what I ordered)

Good Point. Thx!!!
Seems like a not too serious mistake but what would bother me is what's in the bottles.... as in did he remember to put the nic in or did he put too much in? What if they were the same flavored juice with different nic levels and the labels got switched? Hope he has a good explanation that eases your mind all around.

I was in the local shop a month ago, and after some conversation, I realized the nice lady thought 36mg/ml was the same as 36% nicotine. Ultimately, she ended up thinking I was accusing the store of shortchanging me on the nicotine. I hope she isn't involved in mixing, and maybe when they have a chance to learn what they're doing I can use their stuff again. Like those mixed up labels though, it isn't what you would call a real confidence builder.

Well, he apologized, threw those bottles away and started from scratch. From now on I'll probably taste before I leave the store.
A good and proper response from the vendor. Especially the first part.

Accepting responsibility and accountability for a mistake and then doing all that they can to resolve it is (at least to me) a sign that a vendor sees you (and likely all customers) as a valuable resource that they don't want to lose.

It's the folks that are so arrogant and feel that because they "own the counter that they stand behind" that they "can't possibly be wrong" who not only ruin their own reputation, but can cause consumers to interact with other vendors with suspicion and doubt.

Also, the cinnamon is possibly a tank cracker. What if he wanted to put the cinnamon in a glass tank, this would've messed that up.
