Good for you Meggers. I see their trucks running around from time to time. I've looked them up on the web before. Kudos to them for entrepreneurial spirit!
He(the schwans guy)almost didn't come last week cause my road and drive have some drifts that are 3 and 4 feet high. He almost got stuck in my driveway. Wou...would that be heaven or what? An entire Schwans truck stuck in my drive! Oh hell yes!

The Schwans guy even gives Lucy(the big dog that's usually outside when he comes)a bunch of treats. Lucy loves the Schwans guy. She can hear the truck coming down the road and about tears the door off the hinges. 
I wish I had gotten a Kitchenaid before Whirlpool took them over.

The mixer (5qt Elite... or whatever the line name is) has very good reviews all over the web. The add-on attachments, not so much.
It just joined the QueasyArt food processor on the countertop... like we have infinite room.
I know right?! They have great stuff! You...you could call them and they even let you know when they'll be back and you can call them and tell them what ya want. Annnnnnd...in the summer, if you're not gonna be home, they have this special bag thing that they put dry ice in and it keeps the stuff good til you get home.
Mine is post-buyout too. So no offense. It's what you get now.
At one time, the cheap Geoff basteds even put plastic gears inside. They've gone back to all metal now (Gears are expensive parts to make, I guess. Not just simple stamp shaping of metal.)
There's tons of references to "This is not your Grandma's Kitchenaid". Although, yes, overall they get good reviews. I bought one too. If for nothing other than I'll probably be able to get parts if I ever need to because they are not at all uncommon. I hope I'll never knead to (get it?).

I tried the QueasyArt to just slice celery stalks into thin slices. Whatta mess. And clean-up is really a chore. SO MUCH BETTER to just use a chef's knife and cutting board. (BTW: That is ALL the Queasyart has been used for... except to gather dust, kitchen grease and my cigarette smoke residue.)
May as well not bother Atty. It's the same chit every day. The government sucks, people being all self righteous and "I don't so you shouldn't either" attitudes and throw in a couple of shootings, some drugs and a entertainer doing something stupid.
