@ meggers - deep freezing doesn't bother me but food covered in ice crystals is usually a sure-fire sign that it had thawed, at least partially, and was then refrozen ...............

Pork tenderloins (coated in various spices and garlic), Italian sausage-stuffed peppadews, and steamed snap peas. Possibly a small green salad with diced tomatoes and mushrooms.

For Tibs... all fresh, never frozen.

EDIT: They also keep "forgetting" to mention that it barely snowed at all in the last 3 years...those winters were too warm.
