Yes. I know the ways of fryer oil. But the occasion to actually USE it is very infrequent. And I (note: "I") will not use it over and over "just because". The last thing WE need is deep-fried foods. And "we" means EVERYBODY... even YOU (and you and you and you and ESPECIALLY you).
Yeah, I don't eat it every week or anything. And I don't get take out a lot either. So.....meh. I DO save the oil though. French Fries are pretty good....
Besides, you seem to know more about my medical status than I do.......??????? or was that the "collective YOU"? Also, I use canola oil. Sometimes veggie oil. And keep it below smoke point.
