No....many nic vendors....using "approved base".
Basically...whoever makes the nic base now that the juice vendors use....they have to submit the analysis. The vendors...just use "approved ingredients" and only have to submit a list of them....no costly chemical analysis.
Like....where does MV or Stormy or whomever get their nic base?
Hubby's gone to pick up his helper to work on this deck. Don't know how much is going to get done today. Pretty cold and windy.
I understand what you mean...i guess my head went from vendor with "approved nicotine" to "approved vendor". It's the latter that made me wonder.
