Now...wait...So
A) You haven't been there in 18 years for sit-down.
B) You already think ahead of time that the call-ahead thing is B.S. (because no direct-experience for 18 years)
thus
C) You think all call-ahead is B.S. Not just at this place. Post to prove it forthcoming.

Right?

Yes... all call-ahead is :censored:. We have called-ahead at a number of places and have found that it does NOT reduce waiting time once in the door. I have also seen my/our name written down on the waiting list AFTER arriving - more than once. Should it not already BE on the list from the call?

Why would expectations be all rosy and Pollyanna when experiences proved differently? You are ONLY setting yourself up for disappointment.

I go at it the other way around. Expect :censored: ... and then be elated when it works out well.

When I EXPECT :censored: and then GET :censored:, there is a feeling of smugness AND I have had time to construct a course of action.

Back out to powerwashing the deck!!! ... in 49-degree temp! Fun!

Decades old rumor verified: Atari DID bury a bunch of E.T. games* before it also "went under".
Diggers find Atari's E.T. games in landfill

(* Very buggy game....they only gave the programmers 5 weeks to design, code, test, and ship the game...Christmas rush, ya know? Widely considered "the worst" game and responsible for Atari's demise. Actually a symptom of management issues and changing times.)

Yeah, he was wrong about his "cosmological constant" thing too...didn't know what it was. (BTW...he never actually said that as far as we know.)

Also, see...."Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead"
