This weekend was the Tony Awards weekend, so it was busier than usual. Thankfully it is over now (although we get to deal with the aftermath tomorrow ). Having only one day off a week sucks sometimes...I often spend it trying to get all of the domestic chores done. I need a maid.......and an assistant.......and a cook

We only got one for Best Set Design, but that's okay...at least we got one. However, we were nominated for several more which means a few other folks have been disappointed. Sometimes it doesn't affect the mood at the show, sometimes it does.

Lincoln Center is filming it this week, and it will close on Sunday. We will have another day or two of filming, and then pack it away. It isn't the kind of show that would last. I'm already trying to figure out which gig to take next

Yes We pretty much knew it going in. It would have been possible to extend it to run longer, but honestly a historical theater piece isn't likely to get that kind of audience response... I took the job to work with some great people
