Been running around since 1:30 ish. Got 6 errands done, had dinner, fixed/put on new mailbox with neighbor (we share a post), came back in and got Fido out and back in.

Guy across the street says some "chick" on a cell phone nearly killed him near the mailbox, hit the mailbox, and that's how it got bent up. We finally fixed it tonight.
IDK how my address's mailbox had the door broken off. Who knows, may not have closed it well and someone hit it. Sigh. The whole thing is on a hinged pole with a spring. It has survived a lot.
