CES... that study went backwards...from humans to tracking effects in mice. So it's a real human phenomenon ...but study is not conclusive in mice.

yeah...but there wasn't really any human data so they decided to see what would happen in mice. They're "planning" to look though medical records. I dunno, i'm just wary of the over generalization of scientific results that runs rampant in the media. That said, mega doses of vitamin E aren't necessarily a good thing anyway, since it's fat soluble, not water soluble, and can build up in your body (same with vitamin A). Nutrition sciences and micronutrient data are being looked at very closely these days, 'cause the data just aren't that good.
