well, that's different - i don't think you mentioned that before or i overlooked it
I did not mention it.
Dig-up or not, it's against New York STATE law... not "just" a measly petty town code.
No... the town will issue the appearance ticket.
Now... repairing. I do not know who is responsible for that part IF they do not do it again. Probably me.
If the town plows dig it up, they do come to repair. But I had them put in 2 more reflector posts this past Spring ... and no problems so far.

and how annoying! now that most of the swelling is gone i can feel the thread from all those stitches and i hate it!
I've had stitches in my gums before...it was very tough to forget they were there and I kept poking at them with my tongue.
