Carbs!!! omg!!! I think I just gained 5 pounds back.

Try it like I did. Make your own French Bread. Burns off at least 1/2 the carb calories.

Royal PITA for true French Bread. But worth learning. This loaf was in the "Not Great, but Not Bad" category. Next one will be even better.
4 ingredients (and ONLY 4): Bread Flour, Water, Yeast, salt. No fat, no sugar, no egg, no milk...nada. Lots of time. Pizza Stone required.
