Ear-lowering postponed until tomorrow due to family emergency. The second time in almost 30 years... so not a bad track record for him.

That's OK... things to do inside (wet and chilly out) and then assemble stuffed peppers later.

New stray (?) kitty has been kind of hanging around the house and other nearby places. I am ready to bring in a third pet household member, so trying to entice it with food. But I probably should not do that because I am also almost ready to tell very elderly neighbour that we'll take one of her cats should anything happen.

You are kind of new here, so...

... there is no piece of household machinery that BLOWS the snow.

They THROW the snow...

...or...

... they SPANK the snow.

But none of them BLOW the snow.

Thank you.

And I'm sure you are not referring to a leaf blower.

Awwwww yea...I'mma drive you nutso this winter, bear! :D

However, I concede your point that the auger in my single stage machine throws the snow. But wouldn't the multiple stage machines qualify as blowers? I wouldn't know since I've never really looked closely at them.

For whatever reason, me referring to the machine I use to clear snow from my driveway as The cold, white, fluffy-stuff chucker, doesn't sound right.

Snow Thrower, it is!
