Oh yeah lol haven't touched a cig not gunna say I feel better cause I haven't really noticed to much of a change but I know its healthier
If your experience follows mine, you will start to feel better soon. I noticed changes within 90 days. Best of luck with it

I smoked for 46 years, quit 5 years ago this October.I would say that you are smarter than I was since you are quitting much earlier in life than I did...just sayin'
Its crazy I was up to 2 packs a days it just came to a point where I said "the hell are you doing!!"
Plus I am gaining a little weight doing thus job not crazy fat but I said your killing yourself to ways and this definitely ain't gunna get you another girlfriend in October
