OK, I have a question. Would you guys be so kind and look at this video and tell me what you think? Am I being paranoid? Or is crumbly fiberglass in your atty not a good thing? Help me out here, please. Everybody seems to love those BVC coils...

Even paranoids have enemies... (like fiberglass shard enemies)...
I'd avoid it if at all concerned.
I'd avoid the standard wick material too if I could in practically, without wrapping my own coils. Mesh...meh. Cotton...meh (sorry Catt). So I use silica. But it gets gunked up fast and probably doesn't get inhaled. Maybe true with that ceramic tank innards too...maybe it gets all gunked.

IDK. Avoid as much stuff as possible. Any extras are potential problem extras, IMHO.

Most likely the wicking is a ceramic felt/paper and not fiberglass. Not something I'd particularly like to inhale, whether it's ceramic or fiberglass. As long as you're not vaping a dry tank, I would think (hope?) the chances of inhaling particulates is slim.

bear, does the neighbor across the road actually service the engines on them or just let them run ragged?

How the hell should I know what that asinine knuckle-dragging scum-bucket hillbilly trailer trash HUD-house-owning piece of garbage has? One does NOT NEED gas-powered hand-held yard equipment for 1/4 acre. The demented low-life sister-dating pile of refuse.

I'd steer well clear of crumbly fiberglass.

Thank you gentlemen. Sounds like we're in agreement and I'm not that paranoid,

It is fiberglass. Confirmed by Aspire. Open the attachment if you doubt me.

Even if the chances of inhaling this stuff are slim, I don't think I want it--not even as an insulation in my walls...

Welcome back, Tibs! How did it go? How's Mr. Tbs?

Give Geoff an extra treat for me, will ya? I think he prefers those apple treats. :)

Grocery shopping done, new garbage disposal installed. It's amazing how much crap one accumulates in the cabinet under a double sink... Now I have to sort through that mess.

Laterz!
