Thinking about coffee cake. Apple cinnamon coffee cake. With a bit of walnuts (the dregs of the bag) thrown in for good measure.
But out of sour cream. So need sour cream-less recipe. Found several.

I'll send the rest of the stuff to CES, you send the sour cream, she can mix it and put it in the oven in the lab (350 F for 50-55 minutes CES).
Of course, she has to remember to send the finished product back to us (less her share, of course)
