G'afternoon, snails!

Not quite spending my day off the way I wanted to, but I'm far from complaining. Thankfully, the State & Emissions inspection for my car went quickly and without any issues. Waiting for some guys to finish capping my front porch. Fingers crossed there'll be no more puddles after the smallest rain shower.

Back to cleaning the house...

Just got back from the dentist. Looking at 1300 bucks to get my tooth fixed.

and how certain is that dentist a crown on THAT tooth will last long enough to justify the investment?

I don't know the answer to that question Tibs. She did say that the tooth an still be saved...
I have a tooth on the opposite side of my mouth that is in the same shape. Needs a root canal, and a crown. If it's just going to break off at some point anyway, I'm thinking I may as well forego the root canal.

Yeah, now that the car is fixed, I probably shouldn't either. ;) lol. But I have chicken and I have a few tangerines, so.........

Here's one of the easier ones I found so far ('cuz I'm lazy today)
Chinese Tangerine Chicken Recipe - Food.com

Others have ginger and a pinch of cinnamon rather than hot-pepper. Some are middle-east, some Chinese, etc.

yeah, well ............. some will save just for the sake of saving  i sure will miss my periodontist - always got a straight answer from her. she gave my tooth maybe a 5yr survival rate if crowned. with that i opted for an implant plus crown ...................

getting a root canal is no guarantee... to lightly say it. by the time you spend the $$ on a root canal and a crown (that won't last), you might as well get a implant.

this recipe got a decent rating of 4 out of 5. I love all of the ingredients, especially the ginger.:)
