doing construction today -

@ ces - mom is doing fairly well but a pain in the ....! she's moving once again and has everybody in turmoil! a patient soul with the elderly like atty is needed!

moving again? it's difficult to be patient long distance.

My mom keeps talking about retiring and moving, but every time she talks about it she moves it back 3 months....she's done it for ~2 years now. But as long as she's happy doing what she's doing, more power to her.

my steps going down to the basement are outside - the concrete pad with drain in front of the basement door had crumbled. i'm now the proud owner of a brand new pad!
the fellers just came back to give it a final smooth-down! also, geoffrey's gate post had to be reset. going down there now to take a look. i'll need it for wednesday when the farrier comes. have to put him (geoff) in the small lock-up or he'll run when he sees that guy coming!
