morning, mr bear! :D

Good morning, Bear and Sky :)

G'morning to ya, Bear & Sky!

Crisp 49-degree morning, all.

Internal debate whether to meet friends for lunch at Casino East.

Landscaper coming tomorrow to scope out Spring 2015 project. Another internal debate whether to just toss in 2016 project and be over and done with it all.

I am really hating being indecisive. :(

G'mornin, snails!

So, I was supposed to get a new roof on Saturday. Too bad the shingles were delivered and placed on my neighbor's roof sometime when I was at work on Friday.

On a somewhat related note, roofers make terrible monday morning alarm clocks. Oh, and my car wouldn't start last night.

Happy Monday!!!

Go to lunch....do 2015 landscaping in 2015, if you do 2016 in 2015, then you'll want to do 2017 in 2016, and you'll never catch up..

Lunch: Need to decide quickly. I'll gamble before they get there, so need to be out in the next 45 minutes.

Landscaping: 2016 would be *IT*... done... so no 2017. Moving outside 2016 up a year would mean INSIDE remodeling starts then... 30 years since the last house-wide barrage. Sorely needed.

morning, mad! did your neighbor like his new shingles?

enjoy, lunch, bear! ;) i'm heading to the dentist one more time - have a decent monday, y'all!

btw let landscaper provide both estimates, 2015 and 2016. this way you can decide to do both if it seems right when the time comes!~

I'm really hoping my neighbor's roof wasn't damaged in any way. I'm also hoping they didn't measure their roof...it wouldn't be so good if they ended up not having enough to cover mine.

bear, I feel your pain on landscaping...

Good morning y'all

Glad you found us, Sniffle! Getting to talk to you was the highlight of the meet for me :)

I got to see the Tibs mods in person, Tibs. They're very nice mods!

I am sooo jealous...you go to meet Sniffle AND see a Tibs mod !

Would be a shame if they had to give your neighbor a new roof...for free
