Enough to save $200ish... and they could start next week.

Now I need to find out if the driveway sealing can be put off another week or two. (See, Tibs, around HERE, we're already getting close to "too cold" season.) It was to be done next Friday, so the two tasks would collide. Plus, the landscaping will require some "adjustment" to the existing asphalt (ie: cutting away ~4 inches along 20 feet)... so it would be best to wait on the sealing.

... and that cutting of the asphalt makes me VERY nervous. It will NEED to be done VERY neatly, or else I will go apoplectic. All I can imagine is it chunking away on the remaining side... but I guess I could insist on hotpatch repair if it happens.

The leaf fall starts right around 10oct (*)... I am THINKING it'll be dry by then.
