the snow looks beautiful, atty. it's the only good thing, for me,, about winter.

It feels like it comes early every year for me. It was just a month ago that I was basking in 85-90 degree weather. It was 32 degrees this morning.
well, it was just two days ago that i was in 80-85 degree weather, with lots of sand nearby (no beach though). it was only in the 70's on Friday...
So i get to the phoenix airport security line yesterday. i get ready to take out my baggie of liquids, and detach my iclear from my istick to throw it into the baggie, and take of my shoes and take my box of batteries out etc etc. the usual security line luggage deconstruction. But there was no line. and then the TSA people are like, no, no, you don't have to take anything out, leave your shoes on, it's all good.
Cool, i think. Until my my smaller carry on goes through the x-ray. it gets pulled off for search by the TSA.
it took the guy awhile to search cause the x-ray person didn't send the x-ray image to the search area, so he didn't know what he was looking for. Turns out that the istick with topper that i'd put in the side pocket was unfamiliar on x-ray (there were no questions about the other istick and batteries packed in a box for travel).
Once the TSA guy found it, it was fine. But it's kind of ironic that security moved too fast for me to remove the topper and it took more time. sigh.
