ocular migraines do not necessarily include headaches - in my case it's just the vision disturbance, no pain involved but very distracting!

I assumed the light flashes were a precursor to the headache part. Glad that pain isn't part of it.

If everyone is going to talk about what they had/or having for dinner, I will too. I had fresh collard greens (de-stemmed) cook with a ham hock; fresh cornbread; fresh apples sautéed with a little butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon; and pork chops on the grill. I would have been fine with just the cornbread and collards greens.

p.s. back to football. Also, I got my vaping supplies I ordered from amazon on Friday delivered a few minutes ago from the p.o.
