Your coil is dry!

Get a better, bottom coil changeable clearomizer, like a Kanger BCC--T3S or eVod, low resistance--1.5 or 1.8Ω.

In the meantime, keep tilting your PV to keep that coil wet--top coil clearos don't wick very efficiently...

ETA: Do you know if your battery outputs 3.3v (regulated) or 3.7v (unregulated)? It would be nice to know before we recommend more suitable toppers.

All I really know is that it is a 1300 mah battery. I was told it's probably 3.7v by the guy at the vape shop.

Okay, I looked at them and they look like what I have. Just "atomizer" threw me off. That's a really good price too.
