Water pump??

Probably. Although it could be a "2nd thing" that failed.
See previous post from yesterday.

If I'm real lucky, it's just that the seals failed on the pump and that there water coming out the weep hole. Or even simpler, a cracked hose.

But it started with a battery warning....I though I'd lost the alternator. Then, I manged to get home running on battery, and then the saw the coolant.

Stupid me driving it. But I really don't want to tow it anywhere. And I thought I could make it home. Your DH would call me stupid on that....I should at least have looked under the hood and made sure everything was rotating....it may have been, it may not have been. Belt is not broke. So IDK because it's 7 degrees out and I haven't gone out there yet (! )

Maybe it WAS the water pump freezing up and causing the rest to not rotate properly. IDK yet.
