it's off to the gym time. I have no idea how I am going to do this today. Pepper over did it this wknd. I'm too old for this ... at least 2 days in a row.
Old fan just won't come off. Been on there the better part of 17+ years.
So, taking a break. Will get back to it after the news and warm up.
That fan WILL come off. It just doesn't know it yet.
They make a special tool to hold the bolts of the pulley as you turn the nut off. Of course you have to make a "special" trip to rent the "special" tool...and I don't want to do that now, so trying alternatives since the pump is getting replaced anyway.

A lot of older cats do have kidney problems, btw, because they don't get enough water. I don't think it has anything to do with their food, however, one would think a cat would get more water from canned food. Just my 2 cents...

Got the nut to break loose, removed the shroud, fan+clutch assembly, and serpentine belt. Warming up for a few.

Heatwave of 30 degrees. Heatwave will come to an end tonight with single numbers back again.
Ha! I have you beat. Forecast for -8 temp tonight, with wind chills in negative double digits. Will pull battery out of the mower while I'm in the garage anyway...too cold for it. I usually bring it in for the winter, but that's when I don't have a plow attached. So now, I'm watching temps.

Know what I learned last week, when our high was only 27 degrees? Do NOT vape with a clearo that has a metal tip on it. Those things get cold! 
We're up to a balmy 40 degrees right now, and supposed to go up 3 more. Get this - on Sunday, we're supposed to get a high of 58!

not much of a hangover. my body is just beat. however, I did make it to the gym, but I only did cardio work and abs. my six pack abs have turned into a 1 pack.
I feel much better for it. now, I am going to try my hand at a dual nickel coil atty on my magma rda.
