P.S.

I'm really proud of Pepper for actually working out 'n stuff. One of us guys here has to be healthy. ;) So, good for him.
Catt and I haven't been holding up our share. ;)

IDK about Bear, because he's still hibernating. I hear that's a workout. So is raking leaves.

And any others, well, let's say we haven't heard from em.

Kris Gethin's 12-week muscle-building trainer. I had planned on doing another Jim Stoppani training program, but Kris did a video for every workout--and I really like how he put this together. I also like this guy's attitude about training. Fortunately, I have been training for years, so the first few weeks won't be much of a challenge, but after that it's going to be all pain.:D The supplements that i'll be using are Jim Stoppani's supplement line. I plan on following Kris's nutrition program, but I am going to cut some of the calories per day that he suggest: over 4000 calories. but that's all clean food... no junk. Here's a video showing the program overview, if you wish to watch.:)

Ah Atty, so glad you're finally able to say...it's done...that was a long fix, I would say! I'm sure you'd say it too! :)

Yeah, but only because I'm stupid. Otherwise I could have had it done in a few days. But I:
1) Problem determination took a few days...research to make sure it was what I thought it was.
2) Mail order parts (and delays and a weekend in there)
3) Got wrong part 'cuz of my aforementioned stupidity, so had to wait for a ride to swap it out
4) Inexperience and the cold weather makes me slower
5) Engine design makes one hose a pain. Both for removal and installation.
6) Taking time to think it through.

So yeah, it took a while. But I probably saved $200 bucks (guess, some places would charge more for labor, some less...depends on who you find.) They'd want to do extra stuff too. I'm not sure what it cost in the end, with all the returns 'n stuff. I also got a new belt and new air cleaner and MAYBE have a $25.00 gift card due in the mail. And got free shipping. So probably $90-100 after I subtract the gift card but that's a guess.

Meh. Less than 2 weeks without car, so it's OK. No biggie.

I also found out they won't ship:

Antifreeze
RTV sealant

for some stupid reason.

who said you can have a beer? :?:

I did. To get the maximum results from this, it would be wise not to drink any beer. And seeing that I am spending around $300 a month in supplements, it would be wise not to drink at all, but I have to have a few beers over 3 months.

This? From a GERMAN?

Oh and

Besides, I think it's a law that you can drink beer during the Superbowl if you're of age. Regardless of training programs. Look it up.

lol.............................................:)
