Glad you'll have less snow than you thought, Fran...and possibly no snow at all, Pepper.

Our water from the sky didn't turn into anything other than water, since we're just above freezing this morning too.

I have to get to my second job by 8am today, Pepper. I should be done by early afternoon at the latest though. And I'm caught up with stuff from my first job, so have less than an hour of work to do at home this weekend :)

Just saw a study report (i have no idea how good the actual study is) that indicated that working out either 2 or 4 days (40 minutes per day) had better effects on metabolism than working out 6 days. Apparently, people got tired after 6 days, felt like they didn't have enough time, and/or started cutting back on other activities to compensate (driving when they could have walked, etc)

that study is like the one done by those Japanese researchers on ecigs. there are a lot of variables. It's also talking about the novice who goes into the gym and does 20 minutes of light cardio and another 20 minutes of resistance training on machines. Not that there is anything wrong with that.

doing the type of training I'm doing takes a lot of dedication along with the right type of nutrition... the nutrition part is as important as the training. don't get me wrong, I'm not saying I'm better than anyone... this type of training is on a whole different level.:)
