Good morning Atty and Gracie :)

Not all mechs are created equal Atty. I retired my zenesis, since it doesn't have vents and even with a short circuit protector i didn't trust it, and i can't get a decent vape from it with 1.8 ohm coils. OTH, I've used my mini reos for several years (with 1.8-2.0 coils)

IMO, it's not the mechs themselves as much as lack of attention to safety details, combined with super low resistance builds. There's just so little margin for error.

refresh my mind - which one do you have? lots of people are modding theirs by adding a dna40 ..................

I purchased a mech a couple of years ago thinking that at least I'd have something if all heck broke loose.

Have used it maybe a half dozen times, and do intend to gift it to someone who knows what they're doing.

Don't like them! I get plenty of satisfaction in the way of vapor w/my other gear.

While I'm certainly not remotely near Pepper's regimen, training on an empty stomach is what I do! It is recommended on the nutrition/exercise site of which I've been a member since 2001. We have some women bodybuilders who testify that it does have its advantages. Others say no! Individual preference in the way one feels during and after lifting. They keep accurate records of fat percentages so they also base their decision on what may be more advantageous.

For myself, I weight lift only, but now use machines for safety reasons and it helps me keep proper form. At my age, I can't afford any more injuries!

I always have a heavy protein after lifting!
