So after a lot of trial and error, I am finding that my little eleaf tank seems to work best with my iStick. I have 2 Aspire Vivi Nova tanks that burn all my juices except the cappuccino, even on the lowest settting, so I'm coming to the experts to see what, if anything, I can do to keep that from happening. I like the tanks, but I can't seem to use them with my iStick. Any suggestions? I'm using the Aspire 1.8 ohm, BDC coils.

You really need to prime the heck out of them. I never had any luck with Aspire coils--but I think it was my tank (ET-S), which had practically no airflow.

On paper, they should work on your iStick--they are dual coils...

I was at a dinner party last night and there was a guy there who had a sub-ohm mod. I was curious to see what it was all about so we swapped out drip tips and I gave it a hit. I thought I was going to cough up a lung! I don't know how people handle that hit! The clouds of vapor that thing produced were crazy too.

Hi Birdie!
What I don't get is that my Eleaf tank has a lower resistance coil in it (1.5 ohm) and it worked great on both of the juices I put in it.
Maybe I didn't prime the Aspire tank well enough, although, like I said, I'm using the cappuccino juice in it with no problem on the iStick.

Well it seemed to be ok - not great - on a relatively low setting on the ego. Then on the iStick, at the lowest setting, BLECH! WTH? That is just so weird. Now it's ruined on the ego too. Can I salvage the atty if I wash it?

You can try. Give them a good wash and let them dry overnight--they are like cartos inside. You're just getting dry hits--AFAIK.

Or put some PG or PG/VG blend with a little vodka and do a "wet burn". You don't have to inhale it--just vape a tankful of that mixture without inhaling. It may help.

So you vape unflavored nicotine right? What's that like?

Can you be more specific than BLECH?

Burnt, or not enough vapor, flooded? (Assume burnt, but at that low wattage I'm amazed you're burning anything. Makes ZERO sense to me.)

The info here is all over the place. People are saying it's regulated. But they also say it's not regulated. But you can set voltage. But it's wrong by a full volt.
Still confused.
