It's still sore, Atty! Just finished a 20 minute icing, although I didn't have to take any Aleve yet this morning, so that's good!

But we have a cold-front coming through and then it will be in the 40's for a week. (This is so Fran doesn't feel alone, I think)

Same here, Attykins - 72 today, 78 tomorrow, then 50s and below.

Gosh, Tibs with all that you do, I would forget to drink my coffee! As a matter of fact, this morning, that's exactly what I did!
Just got back from the podiatrist, and I have a sprain........I knew there wasn't a break, cause I've had plenty of those!
No bowling for a long while though and no walks........just when the weather is good!
Grateful it wasn't worse!

Sprains can be as bad as or worse than breaks sometimes. I've had a couple of doozies, myself. Foot swelled up like there was a baseball under the skin.
Oh, you're so right, Lost! Sprains can be more difficult than breaks. Been here many times before. In my younger years I was a roller skater in dance.
I nipped this one in the bud, though with some use of the essential oils I use, and they did keep the swelling down a bit and the pain was quite manageable. Still haven't needed an Aleve today, and that's a good thing!
