Good morning Fran, Tibs, Atty, and Gracie

It's nice to have good news on the vaping front.

We'll have snow and/or rain...temps will be right around 32. they're still calling for 1-2" in b'ham, and up to 6" a little north. but it won't start till late morning at the earliest and it's possible that the freeze line will wobble either north or south. this is why they shut us down, it's really difficult to guess and they're being extra cautious after they waited too long last year.
