G'mornin, snails!
No kitteh on mah back porch this morning.I put a bowl of cat food out before turning in for the night, as well as a comfy cardboard box. Oh well, I'll keep leaving food out for a week prolly.

That happened to me once too Mad. A beautiful cat showed up on my doorstep and I fed her for a couple of days. She was very sweet, but I already have two cats and could not have another one in my very tiny house, so I did not bring her inside. After a couple of days, I never saw her again.
What a great idea! Ben & Jerry is now going to have a line of beer. It's like you can have your ice cream and drink it too.

I saw a segment on TV the other day where a place made homemade wurst. Sounds good right? They go through all the trouble.
Then, they baked it, simmered it in vinegar/tomato BBQ sauce, put it on a grinder roll, smothered it in black-bean chilli and then topped it all off with a beer-cheese sauce.
I want my beer to just be a good beer. Guess I'm old fashioned.
That's not to rain on your parade. If you want to check out this specialty beer, cool on you. I'll skip it though. Getting old and set in my ways I guess.

While I do enjoy the higher quality craft beers, I don't know if I want it to taste like ice cream.p.s. And yes, you are old and set in your ways.

no comparison between those six-packs and a decent european beer! headway might have been made in recent years with all those breweries springing up but i wouldn't know

I have made my peace with the fact that she probably already had a home and just went back to it. She was not meant to be with me. If she ever came around again, she would get food and fresh water again, though.
