Sure wish I could send a bit of this incessant rain to Katya.

I was reading the "US States--Calls To Action." It's really sad what is being proposed in so many state legislatures. In Ohio, they are proposing a $33 tax per 30ml bottle of ejuice. I can see how they can go after b&m stores and internet sales, but it's going to be hard to enforce with diy. I guess they can go after liquid nicotine sales. And what about sales of ejuice that don't contain nicotine? Why wouldn't the consumer be able to purchase pre-mixed ejuice without nicotine and then add it themselves? IDK. I see a black market coming.

Yup.

And the FDA is about to rule...

I think it's time to start stockpiling. It's not going to be pretty.

On the other hand, recreational pot will be legal here soon, so we have options.
