Sorry about those headaches Skorp I had those for 30 years until my DD was born, then something changed in my body chemistry and I don't get them anymore!!

Thanks Dale - I've had them for almost all my life. They started coming more frequently after I fell when I was about 8 and ended up with a severe concussion. I don't think I will ever be completely free of them but have learned to avoid all the major triggers and recognize the onset so that in most cases I can mitigate the severity. I can't spend more than a couple of minutes in places with high concentrations of perfumes, like Bath and Bodyworks, though I don't have a problem with any particular scent. I also have to have a certain amount of sodium in my diet, too little and I become more susceptible as I found out after my father developed hypertension and we all but eliminated salt from our diet. Luckily, my brothers and daughter aren't afflicted.

Funny you say that... I started getting them waaaaaaaay more frequently after I had my car accident. They were coming like once or twice a week sometimes. Up to that point, I would normally only get them 3 maybe 4 times a year.

Isn't it odd how that works? My oldest doesn't get them but my youngest does. Go figure.

I sold my vaporshark rdna 40 in the classies this morning. The sale went very smoothly. The buyer sent the $$ right away and I had a tracking# to him within 1.5 hours of receiving the $$. I also have a provari v.1 up for sale. I thought it would sell faster than the rdna 40. I did get a bite on it, but haven't heard anything back. Oh well.

First time I've ever seen a "Red Flag Warning" aka "Fire Weather Warning". Not that we live in a
grassy wooded area... I just want rain to assist in getting grass seed germinated. Dragging
the hose around gets tiresome... already.

Pepper scheduled his Anna Maria Island vacation today. I am usually there for May and June, but several wrenches in the cog stopped that. I'm going August & September. I've already contacted my local ladies there that i'll be in town. Believe me, they've been asking.
