try your best not to make them look at it as a civil case - play the 'senior citizen scam' card if possible!

If it ends up in small claims, then a police report would be a nice piece of paper to have, in addition to
other personal documentation. At the very least, I just want this on-record.

i had been wondering about this when i tried to troubleshoot my usage a few days ago - it seems xf stored all that data - no 3rd party hoosts were involved as in vb - that must have been some load to carry
