Son came by to visit! Goodness, I love it when he's here! No kids today, so it was a real chance for just Mom & Dad to have some quality time with our boy!

I've decided to approach the guy across the road about the kitty.
I'm feeling like: What if a neighbour decided WE were "unfit" pet parents and absconded
with one of our cats in a similar fashion?
True... it was dumped back "home" and that cheeses me off. But I don't know all the
gory details. Nor do I need to know them all. I just want to know if he wants her back,
and I will emphasize "no" is fine decision. AND: she NEEDS to be SPAYED if she will be
an indoor/outdoor cat.
WHEN I do this remains to be determined, but I'm thinking sooner than later.
