... hush in here ...

Tibs says "hush", too. It must be a Southern thang.

Which would explain "Hush Hush Sweet Charlotte"... in Louisiana and all.

My parents took me, a tender 8 year-old, to a drive in where it was playing a double-bill
with "Strait-Jacket". Decapitated heads and severed body parts a-flying everywhere.

Might explain a few things, I suppose.

Sounds like when my parents took me to see Jaws. Still hate the beach.

Fran, the Exorcist is one movie that I avoided seeing.

Lost, when I was young and went to the beach, we were ordered out of the water, several times, because of shark sightings.
Even more reason for me to stay away from those nasty old beaches.

Ah hell, Lost, you can only die once !!! Last summer, there were shark sightings off of Cape Cod and not too far from where Jaws was filmed.

Can you say "Revenge of Jaws". LOL
And I prefer it to not be in the "Jaws" of a shark, thank you.

Can't say as I blame you, Lost. People may think that humans are on the sharks menu. We are not, sharks don't like the taste of human, but to them, we look like seals and sharks love seals. They take a bite, don't like the taste and go away.

People who have been bitten by sharks, suffer deep puncture wounds and torn out flesh. Some bleed to death, but many are rushed to hospitals and recover.

After my LAST flight to SanDiego in 2000 (convention, missing one day due to nerves and panic, and
DRIVING HOME because of it), there is no way I'm stepping on a plane, ever again.

Yep to "homebodies". And we actually prefer it that way. Once or twice a year we'll zoom on up to
Toronto if "our place" is having an interesting theme night. It's almost always a hoot at the border
crossing... but many times the customs guard knows EXACTLY where we are heading. :D Which says
    a little about THEM! :D

I consider leaving the 'burbs and going into Pittsburgh a major trip!!

How long for you to get to Toronto? And are the customs guards cute? :w00t:
