frikadellen definitely need chopped onions and instead of bread crumbs you use something like a stale kaiser roll to soak in water and then wring out

I was told years ago to lay off salt, caffeine, and nicotine ... well ....Me either, Dale. When I went to the doctor yesterday, my BP was 114/70.

I've never once been told to cut back on my caffeine intake, other than to help with my sleeping problems, but I don't think caffeine really has much to do with that anyway. I don't drink it later than noon and rarely that late. Anyway, there bunches of reports now that say coffee is very beneficial to our health. Loaded with anti-oxidants. I think it can and is over used a lot, though, when there are so many other options to season food.
Now they're saying potassium is more important than salt re: blood pressure. But you know how "they" talk...

I had a Yorkie that passed away a few years ago, and she was something special. I'm very tempted to buy another one...

Both of mine were given to me, one was a Yorkie/Maltese mix ... smartest little dog I ever had. This one here is Elly, she's very hard-headed; her owner didn't want to mess with her. Bad for her, good for me
