Hope y'all had a great 4th. Quiet here. It's never been this quiet on this holiday. I'm not complaining, though. I'm sure it will get loud soon. We don't do fireworks til next weekend for the Community Days celebration, so I'll only hear the far away ones. And, of course, the fun neighborhood blasts.

Heading with the baby to the safety zone, tv turned up loud, finish my book and start a new one.

Shout out to all those who protect our freedom.

The library has 5 of the nesbo books, Tibs. I've downloaded the first one, but haven't started it yet. Finishing a Jeffery Deaver, and then will decide whether to start a new book or season 6 of white collar.

Enjoy the fireworks tonight, Atty. it'd have been tougher to do when you knew Fido was scared.

Hope the loud TV helps keep Puggers and the others calm tonight, Katmar.

Luckily my beasties aren't too much bothered. They startle at the loud ones, but then calm and ignore the small ones.
