Not with this company. I've already emailed them and told them how disappointed I am in their service, and I've posted a review on Google. Facebook is next.Bet'cha won't do that again huh?
Social media can be a very powerful tool. I had an issue with Kohl's last week and when I took to FB with it, they were all over it! I doubt this company will do the same, however, it doesn't hurt to get the word out there so 1 of 2 things will happen; they will either improve their service or go out of business. The choice is entirely up to them.Good for you Lost!

Just stuffed myself with some yummy Chicken Teriyaki with broccoli and pineapple. Mmmm. I love the sweet of the pineapple with the salty of the teriyaki sauce.
