^ that is the "corporate dentistry" place I mentioned a while ago. They really do not have
that great of a reputation. I did go there as my "first opinion" because new patients get
free xrays, exam and course-of-action. Some things were interesting in how they differed
from the full-price prosthodontist's course-of-action.

I did walk out with a copy of the xrays, including a pano. Saved me $120 at the second
opinion.

Here is one "catch" I found out about... their highest-priced partial is around $1400,
which at first appears to be significantly less than the specialist's price. What is buried
in the fine print NOT ON THE WEBSITE (but is in their contract at the office) is that
price does NOT include: impressions, doc fee for initial fitting, or doc fee(s) for any
future adjustments - which could be MANY.

The specialist's price is 100% all-inclusive including any adjustments AND re-linings for
two years. Plus... his office is not a factory-like people-mill. It's quiet, private and you
don't have another patient in a chair right next to you hearing everything. A bit non-
HIPPA if you ask me. THAT was not comfortable.

I am also of the mind - with just about anything - that you get what you pay for.
