Where'd the day go?!? 
Latest update on kitty hit by car:
Macho (his previous name) is still sedated and out of it. He is in a lot of pain and we debated last night about what was the right thing to do for him. We definitely want to do right by HIM.
We visited him last night and he was purring and rubbing his head on my hand. This little guy wants to live!
After speaking with Dr. Lamb, we decided to proceed with a blood transfusion late last night. He is feeling a little better this morning.
We will be speaking with the surgeons today about surgery to fix his luxated hip.
He will also need a tail amputation, although we won't know for sure until this weekend.
We have already spent close to $1,500 on his bill and the surgery estimate will be at around $5,000.
He will have a VERY LONG road to recovery but I really think this baby deserves to experience a rich, full life.
We hope to be able to do that for him, with your help.
