In my google search there was mention of 'allow and remember', but my options do not show that.....just an 'allow' at the right top part of my screen. I could be missing it though.
I'm on Chrome at the moment, and have no problems here, but I do like FF for other things.

haven't closed ff in a couple of days - let's hope it's not a recent update ......... sigh
Does it say what you're allowing? Like adobe flash? Or flashplayer? If so, it's a flash setting in flash player. Although there's usually an "allow always" for the site.

Hmmmmm....I went back to 'Privacy' and it reverted back to 'remember history' rather than ' use custom settings for history'.
I'll study that Flashplayer a bit more, Atty! Takes me a bit to understand and decipher this stuff!

gracie - go to 'tools' then 'add-ons' then 'plug-ins' and see what your settings are and if something needs to be updated
ff doesn't like unsafe plug-ins, no biggie
