frannie - once you find your threads/forums mark them 'watch' it's nothing like 'my posts' but we'll have to make do

Alert Preferences > Achievements > trophies "off".

I set it so that i automatically "watch" threads that i post in...it'll eventually work a bit like "my posts"

Now to find the equivalent to "new posts"

There's new posts in top menu bar ....kinda like activity stream......

if you go to your profile, the 4th tab from the left is "areas" . It tells you all the locations/forums you've posted in. Helpful for finding stuff.

I'm not a big fan of change, either.

One thing I've noticed... if you start a reply, there is no evident "cancel" ,"delete" or "backpedal" option.
F5 leaves it in place. Navigating out of ECF and coming back in is the only way I have found (so far) to
abandon an in-progress reply. Hints, anybody?

See the two arrows at the far right top? You can use the one pointing left to "undo"
