Why are home-improvement businesses so :censored:ing undependable? Why?

Is business THAT GOOD where they can treat customers (ie: ones who have actually paid
a deposit) like :censored:???

Shades of 2013 Cheri Currie all over again. Only THIS time "Cheri" is local... and I will have
a uniformed local LEO escort me to their residence to get the money back (which HE
OFFERED
) if it's not in MY mailbox by Saturday. I KNOW where they live. If they want a
life of hell, then bring it.

Excuses excuses excuses since April 16th. Another one this morning... and I completely
lost it over the phone. Grrr. I fired his :censored: .

The bank can't help... I was hoping for a "reverse stop payment" option.

The local PD says I'll need to get the county Sheriff office involved... if need be.

My eye is on the mailbox.

I avoided and refrained from making this a blow-by-blow "saga" here in Snails. (You're
welcome!) I dropped hints (see links above), but this morning was IT for my patience.
I actually DO have SOME, you know. I'm sure what bothers me most is that I may have
been scammed. And that makes me, officially, a gullible senior.

I'm having NONE of that.

Good afternoon, all!

Lost, you must be exhausted after these last couple of days, but glad that all turned out well for your mom!

Bear, we were scammed big time a few years ago, but we wouldn't back down as they expected us to and they paid dearly. Doesn't eliminate the frustrating and angry days though. So sort of feel your mood!
