Just one more day til the weekend!
So, I told my friends about the kitten I'll be getting this fall. After dinner this past Sunday, the handful of us are at the table and they decide it's time to figure out a name.
They want to name my future kitten Janet...
I have nothing against that name, but I won't be using it for her(or him, if first preference isn't available).

Good morning everyone.
Meeting my "Casino Hag" for lunch today. Have not seen or casino'd with her since October.
Blue Angels are officially in town... flying low and scaring the cats and birds crapless.
Weirdness across the road... Big truck backed into the driveway and they started carting
things out of the house. The hus and wife(?) are not there. Then THREE sheriffs show up.
Then, the cops left and stuff is still being carried out. I hope they are moving. Nothing
but problems... plowing snow across the road onto my property (against NYS law) so had
to report them... glass-pack dual exhaust on the truck (reported twice to town for noise
violation... nothing ever happened), can't maintain the yard or lawn.
But their cat is out there watching and getting in the way. I'm kind of hoping they leave
the cat behind... I'll go scoop it up. I'm sure it's neglected. I hope it does not get locked
up in the house when the truck leaves (and if they are moving).
Anyway... time to get ready for lunch.
