I better get moving... window guys (gals?) due here before 09h00. I want to take a few

No, this time it's very much EXpected. I said "...bracing for what will be found...".
The actual EXTENT is yet to be determined. Hence: "...potential to be Not A Good Thing...".
I provided ample fair warning to the salesperson... and was assured "everything will be repaired".

Dale, could it be the barometric pressure dropping causing you a headache.....I had one yesterday morning, and I rarely, if ever, get a headache. The rain poured with a vengeance yesterday afternoon, and that sky was ominous.

yup, aniters! always good to be prepared for those accidents! that bear probably locked his bathroom door!
I believe it's etiquette where contractors or whatever do NOT use the customer's
bathroom facilities. They probably have a bottle or jar in the truck. Don't know
what they do if we have an "aniters situation". eeuw

No carpeting in the kitchen. That's even a WORSE idea than carpeting a bathroom.
