I used ECF sparingly.Closing it when done posting. No fb.Checked weather sites a few times.

problem is depending what's on the page you're loading you might use 30 MB right there - weather sites are data hogs too. most refresh automatically

yup! and once you're home you can switch it back or switch it when you need to see the radar

it'll feel funny, i'm sure, seeing ecf without pics but that should keep your data consumption way down!
